NT BASE 5.0
Never before has logistics played such an important role in our global society. We firmly believe that its importance will continue to grow. Capacity bottlenecks and a shortage of skilled labour are increasing the pressure on companies.
In order to optimise transport volumes and storage space, we developed a product in powder form - NT BASE 5.0. Simply put, the space required is halved compared to polymer dispersion. NT BASE 5.0 is to be dispersed for use.
Long transport routes in particular can therefore be realised much more economically and ecologically. Bagged goods also have the advantage of being easy to store - when stored dry, the product is frost-resistant.
Another advantage can be seen in the production process of the dispersion - only as much ready-to-use material is mixed as is needed for the current construction project. The additive powder can be mixed with water in a standard, reusable IBC (intermediate bulk container) and homogenized using an agitator.
Costs
As a result of the reduction in expenses for soil replacement, transportation, material deliveries, earthworks and soil disposal, construction costs and construction times can be reduced enormously.
Environment
By using the existing soil, the finished layer has a natural-looking surface appearance. By avoiding transportation to and from the construction site, construction work carried out with NT BASE® products is considered to be cost-saving, resource-saving and therefore ecologically sustainable. NT BASE® products are proven to be environmentally friendly.
Quality
NT BASE® products primarily ensure a long lifetime of the structure. In this context, maintenance costs are significantly reduced.

NT BASE® makes the following possible:
- The lifetime of your structure is significantly extended and maintenance work is minimised.
- Formulas for different load classes: since the addition of NT BASE® is always adjusted to the amount of cement used, excellent elasticity is maintained even when the content of cement increases.
- Disposal costs are eliminated since existing construction materials can be reused in the new structure.
- A significant reduction in construction time compared to standard construction methods.
- Flexible design of squares, paths and generally all outdoor surfaces. A natural look can be achieved without having to sacrifice the advantages of a bonded surface.
Processing
IN SITU
Processing directly on site with the use of a rotary tiller.
In any case, compaction using a roller may only be carried out statically.
After the specified amount of cement has been spread, the milling process begins. The existing material is broken up and mixed with the spread cement. A mixture of mixing water and NT BASE® s injected into the milling chamber in accordance with the formulation. Depending on requirements, the milling depth can be up to 50 cm. Complete homogenization is achieved by adjusting the travel speed of the milling machine. After the milling process, a grader profiles the surface. Finally, the surface is compacted.
IN PLANT
Processing in a mixing plant. For in-plant production, the use of a paver is recommended for installation.
The intended building materials are transported by truck to a stationary or mobile mixing plant. The required amount of cement, mixing water and NT BASE® are added directly to the compulsory mixer. Here, the building material mixture is homogenized, loaded onto trucks, transported to the construction site and laid using a paver. The planned height level and evenness are achieved by using a grader. Static roller compaction completes the paving process.
